Important Notice: Shutoff of Secondary Water for 2024

Dear Magna Water District Customer,

As the 2024 irrigation season comes to an end, we will be shutting down our system when the Utah Salt Lake Canal is turned off on October 15th, 2024. To ensure a smooth transition, we recommend that you turn off your secondary water at the stop and waste and drain your irrigation lines before this date.

Additionally, we are excited to share that our secondary water reuse facility is nearing completion. As part of our final preparations, we will be conducting system tests through the end of October. During this time, there will be fluctuations in water pressure of the secondary water system. Shutting off your secondary water at the stop and waste will help protect your irrigation system from any potential pressure changes & suspended solids that may result from this testing.
